Company history
Since 1994 Kenneth May the principle member of KSM Property Maintenance has been gaining practical time served knowledge and experience, working mainly with highly skilled craftsmen, Kens skills span a wide aspect of the industry ranging from brick laying, carpentry, plumbing, roofing and much more. Ken currently operates with a full time assistant and a number of subcontractors. We are able to offer a comprehensive service even though we are a small business. We offer an individual service, giving each project the maximum attention, consistently completing each job before moving on to the next client. We work through projects in a planned order and look to minimise disruption to the household or workplace. Excellent quality materials are always used to provide the best value for money in each project.
